After years in corporate banking, my interest in historic architecture was rekindled after a major renovation of our own home. In 2010 I invested in my first rehab project and Blue Marbles Renovation was born. I worked as a Designer with Hanson Remodeling where I produced over $1.4 million in projects ranging from kitchens, baths, basements, porches and garages. Now I am purely a freelance designer and work with several excellent contractors in the Twin Cities.
I live in the Lynnhurst neighborhood of southwest Minneapolis with my husband, three kids, and beloved dog. In my spare time I can be found relaxing at the family cabin in Wisconsin.
Why Blue Marbles?
In our first home, my husband and I unearthed blue marbles while laying a brick patio in the backyard. Several years later in our current house, we found more blue marbles while remodeling the interior. They are my lucky charms.
