This house was a wonderful first renovation project. The attached one-car garage was converted to living space- a dining room and new back entry/mudroom- while a large detached garage remained off the alley. Two bedrooms on the main floor were converted into a spacious master suite. A shower was added to the half-bath upstairs to service the two bedrooms on that floor. Loads of charm was brought back to this cozy home.
